Fayola Whyte-Manco is the Founder and Creative Director of Creative Motion Events, an event design and production company serving Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Since 2017, she has brought more than 200 events to life, building her business largely through referrals and meaningful client relationships. Her experience spans corporate galas, grand openings, cultural celebrations, and beautifully curated private events.
With an eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences, Fayola oversees the creative vision, design, and production of each event. From the initial concept to the final installation, she brings together the right people and elements to create an experience that feels effortless for her clients.
Long before Creative Motion Events, there was a little girl who loved bringing people together. Whether arranging the food, setting up a space, or making sure everyone felt special, creating experiences for others came naturally.
In 2011, Fayola designed her own wedding, never imagining that her passion would eventually become a business. In 2017, Creative Motion Events was born.
Today, that same passion continues to shape her work. While her designs have evolved, her purpose remains the same: creating beautiful spaces, meaningful moments, and experiences that bring people together.
Because for Fayola, it has never been just about the décor. It's always been about the people.
